"Sea monkeys... Not very cute but easy to look after What's a sea monkey ? " Sea lice, in a pot of water. OP, get an infra-red one and then you can get amusement from the light.

"I am thinking of buying a new pet - something easy to keep like a mouse. But I am stuck on knowing what sort I should get and what I will need to look after it. How do I choose the right sort of mouse?" I've got a nice mouse matt you can have for a fiver, looks good on your computer desk and will be comfortable for your new pet to sleep on.

"A domestic male rat... As intelligent as a cat, can be trained to pee/poo at a certain place in the cage, respond to its name helpful if you want to give him some freedom. Easy to keep and friendly. They live for 2/3 years if you don't want a long commitment. Get it as young as you can to potty train lol " A pair of rats rats should never be kept alone,, but yes they make fantastic pets xx

Honey and sugar don't go off as such. Since sugar mice are almost pure sugar (plus a few additives) they probably last more or less indefinitely.
