Do you guys like it or do you think its bad for your knees etc. personaly i like it for a quick kick start to any fitness program but i wouldnt do it more than twice a year.

Hi I've been on it for 50 days so far bad it's great, I've had no knee issues! It has made a difference

Its an awesome wokout and i dont know if its because i am quite tall but all of the jumping leaves my kness and hips throbbing

I wouldn't say it's a kick start for a fitness programme as you need a level of fitness to do it properly.

Maybe you get leg problems because you have concentrated on upper body only and neglected legs in the past. Not suggesting your vain

I did it for about 2 months the leg work out is definitely worth it. A lot of jumping, add some ankle weights or hold a dumbbell whilst jumping, you will be sore for days.

I got bored of it though.
