Leg raises (the single best exercise to tone up your stomach), on the dip bars or on the pull up bars, Google it, there are loads of variations and for different levels of strength

Ran (plodded) 4.22 miles, 100 squats with dumbell arm raises, 45 sit ups, 30 crunches (pretty much the same as a sit up for me lol), 45 leg raises and 35s plank.

Now bed lol
