Oh Gosh, Breast tattoos?

I think I want some Hokusai waves where the (fairly faint) scars from my breast reduction are. Not the under boob area, but the breast itself. Is this a good thing or am I fucking bonkers?

My man said he would take me to the tattoo parlour this week to see what could be done. Anyone have any opinions as to wether that kind of design would work?

I think that it's a great idea.... Something positive to do to your scar

As a tattooist we know how important it is to go talk to different tattooist as each had their own style of art and some week just do it for money. Look out for a good portfolio of artist work

Thanks, I'm going to the one who tattooed my husband. He's very good and we are lucky to have him right in our town.

What I want is quite unusual in that it is under the breast and around the side tattoos I am getting and he hasn't done that area before; he says most women want "upper breast" done.

Not sure if scar tissue is good for tattooing? Could be wrong though and may depend on the severity of the scarring. Either way, I think there are some lovely underboob/round the side tattoos out there, have seen some great floral type ones

The tattooist didn't blink. They are flat, faint scars; I'm not at all shy about them. He just said it would be a problem if they were raised.

Costa Blanca Spain...

This is a subject that is of great interest to us.

As some of you already know Mrs has just had to have a breast removed, and will have reconstructive surgery later this year.

Firstly we would have to admit that we don't really like tattoos, but to hide the scarring it may be a case of needs must.

We would be interested to hear any first hand experience from anyone who has had a tattoo done to cover or disguise scar tissue.

All info, good or bad, will be greatly appreciated.

We only tattoo scar tissue that is over a year old as the area tends to be very delicate and can bleed a lot. It can be done, talk to your chosen tattooist about it xx
