reading profiles

Just wondering, how many of you enjoy reading other profiles and see how other choose to show case themselves. Their characters, personality, and the various sexual wants and desires.

Or do most of you just look at profiles of people you are only interested in meeting?

I must admit, there are some profiles I go back and check on. Not even sexually interested, but find those people interesting.

I like reading a good profile. It's the initial indicator for me as to whether or not I want to meet someone. Text first, then pics if the text intrigues or interests me enough.

I have read peoples profiles before that why i know i find them boring and stupid. when i get messages i read their profiles to see if they will be worth meeting.

I started off with good intentions but now when i look at most profiles its just bla bla bla and next line predictable.so i do scan and slow down at a few.whats the question again? Dont bother answering i cant be arsed anyway

Yes, I like reading people's profiles, whether I'm interested in them sexually or not. Ranty ones that lay down the law always make me smile; makes me wonder how anyone wants to meet them.

First read their message, then their profile and then look at pics... and part of that falls down, and I likely will say thanks but no thanks.

I find lazy profiles give an indication of the people they are (goes for ladies, couples and guys)

Nope, not for me - my meet time is very limited, I have my criteria and they work for me.

If it's a 2,000 word essay I don't bother reading, I know I'm not what they're looking for.

If there's something that interests me I'll mail and have actual chat to see if we get on and then go from there.

I don't read profiles 'for fun', only when I'm looking for a meet.

During my entire time swinging on this site and the last, I never sent one proactive message asking to meet. It was never my chosen route, I preferred to meet people at organised socials, make the intital contact and take it from there. I was also involved within a club here in Scotland so met a lot there.

Reading profiles and sending mail was just not me.

If they are entertaining I'll read. If it is a big list containing block capitals of things like: NO, NEVER, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WE VOTE UKIP, and so on, I lose interest.
