Hey.... If I'd said he owned the Ghost-train that would've been too much of a clue... lol

Chairoplanes I think they called it, almost lost one of my best shoes on that though, luckily it just missed hitting someone who very kindly picked it up and held it until I got off the ride. xx

Titz Towers, North Notts

I'd go and play the 2p one armed bandits with my Granddad. It was pretty satisfying having to pull a stiff lever (got to be a joke in here somewhere) and hearing all the stuff whirling around. At 2p a go, the 50p spending money for this treat went a lot further.

When I was older, the faster rides were my favourite. Not to go on, but to watch to see if any of the girls on them would bounce out of their tops.

I can be very specific. It's the wooden rollercoaster at Great Yarmouth. Still is my favourite.

I used to love that. Our school football team had a few outings to Great Yarmouth. Is the fairground still there ?

One ride that used to come to our local travelling fairground (not sure of its proper name but we called it the spinning eggs) was brill. It looked like a big wheel (think London eye) and had roll cages which you used to sit in. As you go round in a big loop the cages would spin around upside down 360 degrees.

Also loved the waltzers and bumping cars if with a load of friends, great fun.

I feel sick just thinking about the waltzers, went on them on Clacton pier last year and it took me an hr and a half to stop puking.

I like big roller coasters , nothing that goes round and round.

All of them, I'm a big kid, the rollercoaster being my favourite.

The one at at clacton if it is still there, was wicked you felt like you was going to fly off into the sea, adrenaline freak me

Mine (B) was the Waltzers with the safety bar kicked out.

Last time we went to Blackpool we went on the Waltzers at central pier. Was a giggle. Want to do it again in 2 weekends time!
