Are there any men on here that truly want one? I mean where you meet other couples, men and women together but never alone (unless both parties agree) but without the hassle of a full on relationship. Men always say they want it but in my experience I'd say they don't. I've seen the most honerable "faithful" fbs bring close friends to tears.

I agree its happened to me too, didn't ruin my life or anything but just pisses you off they can't even be honest to somebody who says they don't mind who you fuck as there's honesty. Gutted about the "gentleman" who broke my friends heart!!

I had what I thought was the perfect set up but seems not... It can work and I get what you mean and I'm not actively playing currently as I prefer to play as a twosome than by myself... I like having someone I trust to watch my back etc... And enjoyed watching a close friend enjoy others... It would be impossible to replace that.. but when it works it's great...

So much better than a relationship as its just friends that care and have amazing sex etc.. but needs others to stay out or without the binds that full on relationships have the strains can show much easier imho x

I had one and it worked well for two years. We both had very busy lives so we met for weekends away every now and then and just did normal stuff. It was short term though, with no future and no 'family and friends' involved. Yes, we played as a couple in clubs and with other people from time to time but that was only a very small part of our association. I would like this again and some of the men I have spoken with on Fab also say this is what they want- one woman to build a friendship with.

I believe what is being questioned is honesty, not faithfulness. It would be unreasonable to expect someone you met on a swinging site to be totally faithful but why not expect them to be honest? I guess for some it is not in their nature to be totally truthful.

I'd be faithful for right person but the thing is that if I liked someone enough that I would want that arrangement, I would probably want more.

A lot of people, both men and women will say what they think will get them what they want.

If they want someone and thing they need to promise to be faithful to get it, they'll swear up and down that's what they want.

Looking for a faithful sex partner on a site where people tend to be looking for NSA sex seems a bit mad.

Expecting someone to be faithful is a pretty big string.

I'm not condoning dishonesty but I think if you're expecting faithfulness, you're inviting people to tell you what you want to hear.

Im all for keeping things simple, life goes better that way. I dont start out with closed intentions, but sometimes anything could happen. Ive had a 5 to 6 year fb and was great. Didnt expect that, and we dont do christmas presents or meet the families. If there is emotional connection thats underneath, then its important to stay on top of things and maybe move on. Its great to have the trust in a long term buddy, but also to recognise if you ever need something different. Then do something about it. The ops question - you can make it, if you all want it, just carefully consider your options.

But why would someone who is willing to lie to the person they claim to love be expected to be honest to with someone they are having casual sex with?

I have a couple of fb's, but there is no exclusivity, and I wouldn't expect it from them...there is however lots of fun when it's good for us both and that works fine for me and many others on here. Exclusivity to me implies relationship not fb status.
