I'm sure I read years ago that the vast majority of knickers sold are white and black. The most selling styles being more granny than g string

What's it to be ladies -comfort, fashion colours or eye catching? (when you have any one of course)

Fashionable/sexy knickers can be comfy too, last thing I want is to be scraping my bum across the carpet due to knickers that are scratchy or uncomfortable, so my answer is both....although I do not own big pants...unless you count magic knickers.
