Can't accomodate..

What's the best excuse for being unable to accomodate?

Mine has to be that their cat gets jealous so they can't have strangers back!

That along with a pic showing his wedding ring had left me slightly suspicious

I've had stalkers in the past, he said.

But he was very persistent I should let him come to mine, even though I was a lodger in someone else's house at the time.

I'm safe he said, read my veris. I'll be very discreet, he said.

So I told him I don't stalk people and he should accommodate. No, he said, I don't accommodate.

Neither do I!!!

I usually do but I've lost count of the number of potential meets who've questioned it and tried to persuade me to change my mind.

I will only question it with men who I believe are married/cheating (my own personal preference not to go anywhere near cheats).

I myself can't accomodate sometimes when I have kids at home and I accept people do t have to accomodate but there are some funny reasons why 40 year old "single" men can't accomodate they must think i was born yesterday lol

I know men who put they can't accommodate when they can...it's because it's their home and personal space and won't let any tits and fanny come to their home..it's their chose..single men have as much right not to accommodate as single women and couples..

I always think there is too much read into people not accommodating. There was a thread the other day I read about why many don't and there was some pretty good reasons for not doing so.

Always love the "check my veris" quote...first thing we were offered on here was by someone saying he would verify us to get us started....we now look at verifications verrry carefully

I've had a few people ask me why not. Generally I take the view it's none of their business how I run my life. The simple truth is my place is a swine to find and I've no intention of going out in drab mode to wave to someone and then going back in to glam up. No one hardly ever gets to see me in drab mode.

Might get blasted for this...but some women can be rather crazy! I've had stalkers, call my house phone all hours of the night and I'm glad they didn't know where I lived! So this might be a reason.

Also being a lodger might be a reason.

Also living with housemates might be a reason.

Also living with family might be a reason. I didn't move out till very late. And this is more common in these hard financial times.

what do you mean crazy? The voices in my head want to know

Im unable to accomodate sometimes so I by no means expect everyone to be able to...isn't that why Travel lodges were invented

I was just wondering if anyone had heard any silly reasons why people can't, in conversation!

And not just on Fab either. I remember meeting a guy in a club who I thought was amazing. I shared a room with my sister at the time so couldn't take him back to mine. When I asked if we could go to his he said no because his dad refused to put locks on any doors and often "sleep walked" in on people on the toilet.

as a single male in his 40's, I still have my daughter living with me and therefore can only accommodate when I've made other arrangements for the evening/weekend.

However, it IS the right of everyone to choose who enters their front/back door.

I've never asked why people don't accommodate. But ifi get messages from people that don't either I just message back saying we won't work out as neither of us accommodate.

I did once meet a guy and in his profile it said can accommodate and he asked to come back to mine. I said no but I'm fine to go his and he said he doesn't accommodate because he is house sharing. Sorry but stupid reason when orofile says you can.

For a while I was unable to accommodate as I had a terminally ill close relative living in part of my house. I had a woman complain I must be married. I explained she was wrong. Assumption can be dangerous
