Had my wallet stolen today along with £400 that was in my wallet. The money was a loan I got that day. Anything I can do about owing the money?

You got any insurance that may cover it?

I am figuring I am still viable for the loan but as I physically don't have the money not sure if there is a loop hole

We took out buildings and contents insurance with single items covered to £2500 to cover the engagement ring. It's also covered should it be lost/stolen while out.

Not sure if this covers a wallet with cash but if you have similar insurance it will be your best bet

I shouldn't think so. Your contract is with the lender. So whatever happens, you have to pay the money back, regardless what happens to the money.
