I think it's very difficult to express on here how low some people have actually, been. Not sure if some would want to. The good thing is they've come out the other side... Many are still battling daily! But hide it well.. Me?

Had the downs and the ups. Generally good at hanging in there, as things do improve. Also fortunate to have some loving people around me. It is always worth giving the benefit of doubt to others, as someone may be in hell, and at the end of their tether.
