Didnt even think this was possible.

Google.

Went through all the points on the computer then if problem isnt solved you type in your phone number which gives you an atomatic call back, less than 5 minutes for a representative (had to do this twice so know it wasnt a fluke)

Then had to ring the english number again less than 2 minutes wait, brilliant advisor. No problems sending me a replacement tablet straight out.

However if this company can work wonders how come all other costumer service is completely shit

John Lewis are pretty fantastic. No messing, issues sorted promptly
