Should be illegal! I am doing Warehouse work and its a nightmare lol All nights and v v v hard work! Pays the bills though!

Im more than grateful for my job, unemployed for 1 month before hand! Felt suicidal! Just really manual long hours lol

i was out of work for 6 months in 2009.

never again.

have hardly had any time off since.

couldnt get my head round being useless.

worked 70+ hours last week and back in work in an hours time, so stop bleedin moanin lol

Wow I bet that was a bad time for you! It's wrong that employers now have us over barells, knowing they can just take the biscuit because we are to scared to lose a job!

I worked night, 8pm till 6am, in a ware house for asda for a few years while I was at uni, its back breaking work at time, I had biceps like Arnie though

Yeah it is good for physically aspect! Not bad pay either £10.25!

the time out of work was horrible.

always worked since leaving college ('95) so to be out of work for the first time in 14 years was a shock to my system.

thats why i work such long hours now.

V always tells me to slow down, but im making hay while the sun shines, as it were.

even have to be told to have holidays lol

Unless you work in the civil service or government jobs etc hasn't that always been the case? In fact it's harder now to just sack someone than it was years ago.
