i consider glasgow local and its a good 45 mile...though people in Glasgow seem to think it would take a plane train and automobile to get here!

I travel all over the North of the Country mainly so I'm local to someone at some point

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

50 miles east or west is really convenient.

50 miles north is ok

50 miles south is tricky.

So my answer is...."it depends".

I'm sure that'll come in handy!

Some of us can't afford to travel far, good manners get in the way of me expecting them to pay to come to me, id like to travel at least halfway, so though id prefer not local, in reality, i can't travel so local it is

Torquay

I state local people (when my profile is filled out and I am seeking new meets) because...

(a) If I am travelling to meet someone I don't want to drive for more than 60-90 mins.

(b) I don't want some guy travelling 400 miles to meet me and book himself a hotel, only to find that there is no attraction on my part....and maybe on his.

"I like further than 20 minutes away, as I would hate to bump into someone that I have met in my regular life

I dont mind meeting someone from 400 miles away if he's providing a hotel room to play in.... its a day out for me

That's perfectly fair, of course.

But...if I contacted you and suggested getting a hotel, travelling down etc., haven't I already accepted that risk?

Now b) is definitely my point exactly, wouldnt want to feel obliged into sleeping with them cos theyve come a long way, though ive had guys say they would do it even if there is no mutual attraction

Except some guys dont care about mutual attraction as long as they get a shag

near kings lynn

i totally agree that for me its local as dont have a car so ravelling is a problem especially as I currently am in voluntary work so money is a problem to be able to meet halfway.

I also feel bad if the guy has travelled and got a hotel and there is no attraction. In my experience quite a large amount of men would get the arse on if no playing was going to happen. Its only the lovliest of gentlemen that wouldnt get arsey once they realsie that we're not getting hot in the sheets!

I suggest reading a profile and if they state local its probably due for a particular reason so dont get arsey when they/me points out the other person isnt local so no thanks. (naturally put in a nicer way but it is 7.40am as I write this while the kids eat breaky lol.

what if he has a big chopper and can get it up and down (or is that down and up) in a local field?
