Anyone familiar with the Govt line "If you've nothing to hide, you've nothing to fear"?

If so, then why is it an offence to reveal or assist in revelaing an MP's address?

What have those fuckers got to hide?

And in todays news the Govt have agreed to release transcripts of Bush and Blairs communications re Iraq. But not all of it. Female orifices.

It is a well known tactic and once a civil freedom has been compromised by yet another law inspired by fear, it is never given back. Ah, a suspected terrorist. Surely it would be better to be allowed to incarcerate them for X days. Hmmmm. But no one has actually been held for 14 days yet.
