Have you changed yours for the any of the following and how didn't turn out, would you do it again?

1. Increase or lower age and how much by?

2. The look of the person as in body features, nationality/race?

I lowered my lower age limit a while ago by a few years, indicating I would consider slightly younger people.

As yet I've not me anybody, even socially, who would previously have been excluded by my age preference previously.

I raised my upper age limit once too. That was an unsuccessful experiment and I lowered it again quite soon afterwards.

I increased my age limit upwards & that was a disaster I won't repeat. I lowered my age limit 18 months ago & haven't looked back since & still meet the 1st younger guy I met then x

I changed the sex of the person I was looking for and not my preferences and had a wonderful time doing some of the things suggested above. As you already pointed out OP, some of the rule changes people have made have also been beneficial. Maybe you should change your sex preference, see how it goes. My preference is to meet people I'm attracted to, so no hasn't changed since I came on the site...what I find attractive might be different, but I've not noticed a change. I'm attracted to lots of different attributes though so it might just be that my preferences are quite broad

Age range has increased over the years, both upper and lower limits as we age so those we are attracted to move in a relative pattern.

But the rest pretty much stays the same, exceptions for those we meet at clubs as we can get to know people not words then.

We are probably boring, according to OP's criteria, but we really don't care.
