Cannot sleep.

I just found out a few hours ago my dad passed away. I am also pregnant and had lack of sleep past couple of days feeling like shit. I need to sleep but I just cannot seem to fall asleep at all.

Sorry to hear of your loss.

As has been said already, try to relax - maybe have a warm, scented bath, sip some chamomile tea and listen to some very gentle music. Even if you can't drift off, you'll be relaxing and resting your body.

My son use lemon balm tea bags which relax and help him sleep, I'm sure being preg should be safe also for you x
