They make me a little bit uneasy for some reason..

Hocus Pocus is a Halloween film and its on TV now (C4).. i love the film during mid-late October but certainly not end of May

Same thing with Xmas music,, amazing at Xmas time, but doesnt feel right any other time

Titz Towers, North Notts

Every Christmas I watch The Box of Delights and the thought of watching it mid-Summer just makes me think I'd end up in a room with upholstered walls. Some things just aren't done.

i just like films.

the timing of them means very little to me as i very rarely care about the festivities that happen around me.

that said, i doubt there have been enough halloweens in the whole of history to satisfy the amount of halloween specials the simpsons have lol

That's it... It's BOTH, so...like...when do you show it?!, kind of thing...

Always seems to be on at Christmas but not Halloween, yet I feel it's more of a Halloween film...

I think Halloween was always just before xmas(as in xmas eve), to ward off bad spirits for the festive day

Fully agree with this....films should be shown at the right time if year. I like Love Actually but can't bring myself to watch it other then in December. Summer films are wrong in winter as well.

It's morally wrong in my eyes.....well maybe not morally but my blonde brain gets easily confused.
