im sure this thread has come up many times,but we as a couple are getting pissed off with people not bothering to reply to messages and when we give out our number they hang up when dave answers the phone!!!we are a genuine couple and have been for nearly 4 years even though we dont live together.Kaz is not very good at comunicating on the comp so lets me (dave) do all the work,i dont push her and she will only chat to someone else when i have spoken to them first,so i know they are genuine.

Our block list is now getting bigger by the day,does anyone else have this problem??

We don't as we are not looking for couples. But if we were, we would want to speak to the female half first on a phone.

People with think you are the "non genuine" ones because they are dealing with the male all the time.

Pretty sure the OP said that the female will only chat on the phone after the male has spoken to verify they are genuine? Sounds fair enough to me, I don't see a problem in that.

i would just delete and move on!

with single guys i always give my spare number and msn if i think i want to meet them then a quick chat to prove im female (or a man with a very feminine voice!) , i dont cam as it gets borin with the ohh show us yer tits saga!

but last wk i was a man apparently to someone i have never spoke with and never would! sometimes accusations get chucked about on here and you do have to do a fair bit of work to get what your lookin for xx

When meeting couples we always insist on a fem/fem chat on the phone,so if we gave our number out or if we called and a guy answered the phone to me i would put the phone down.

The way I see it is this....

If a couple has approached me and the woman is too shy to talk to me on the phone then there is every possibility that she will be equally shy and unsure on the night of the meet, and I just can't be doing with that risk.

For me (and it's my personal view) the female half of the couple has to be equally, if not more, into the prospect of meeting up with me. If there is any hint of this not being the case then I wouldn't entertain the thought of meeting them.

Agree with Jane,when we meet couples fem/fem chat on phone is something we insist on and we have never had a couple say no.

If a guy insisted on chatting on phone then i would question why.

to be honest, and I'm a single guy, I to would be ever so slightly unsure of a meeting if I couldn't at first speak with the lady in the couple,I take little notice of verification's solely because it's me doing the meeting I'm not interested in who or how others think about the person/person's, at the end of the day it's me who will be playing with the potential lady half of the partnership, so I would want to make sure that she and I were on the same page of the song sheet, Its a matter of trust and respect for all the individuals involved to be open,honest and respect the needs of the other person in the equation, Communication is a big part of this lifestyle and if all parties can't communicate then problems will arise

Can someone really be so shy as not to talk to someone on the phone? if she is, I would be worried she would be shy on a meet too....maybe not sexually, but for the chats inbetween the fun.

We used to have a similar problem when we started swinging, Lolly would refuse to talk on the phone. She had no problem with going on cam to prove she was real but many couples insisted on fem to fem phone chat. We realised very quickly that if Lolly wasn't prepared to chat on the phone we would be greatly reducing our chances of getting meets so its something she has learnt to do and she has got pretty good at it now. At the end of the day its up to the lady if she wants phone chats but as has already been mentioned if shes too shy to chat on the phone many would think shes too shy to play when on a meet

swinging is as much about the social side of the lifestyle as it is about the sexual side,before play starts there's usually a warming up time where all involved will sit have a drink get to know each other and discuss what each of you are willing to do or not do as the case maybe, if your partner is to shy to even talk on the phone then I fear she'd be to shy to talk in the comfort of someone else's place too, then there's the time between play those need filling with some kind of oral interaction wit all concerned

as a single guy i would expect to speak to both, i have had experiences where its only the pretending to be a couple, which creates more problems and this situation where people can not take things at face value

I hate chatting on the phone,but i do to prove we are who we say we are and i think it breaks the ice a bit..

But dont agree with the OP the way he saying its there way or people get blocked,also the way he is implying that if he answers phone and people hang up then they are non Genuine..

The sole reason for me wanting to talk to the female is to assertain if;

(a) She knows anything about our potential meet at all...don't laugh but not all wives/girlfriends are aware their other half has posted a profile.

(b) She is aware that she is planning a meet with a bisexual woman, because I like to know in advance if the woman is cool with this....because many are not, even if their other half is hoping for some fem/fem interaction.

we have NEVER said that the female will not talk to the other female of a couple and i dont insist on chatting first its kaz,s way sometimes i have to push the phone to her ear to chat to others,and yes she loves swinging in every way and is never pushed into it at anytime!!!!!!!when we have had calls in the middle of the night from god knows who on kaz,s phone we get very anoyed as you can imagine hence why we only give out certain numbers now .

We have a swing phone,a cheap pay as you go on,when we are wanting to arrange a meet or we are expecting a phone call/text we turn the phone on any other time the phone is off.

Doesn't make you more genuine....makes it likely you have less to lose than many people on here, a certain female half of a couple on this site is a police officer, should she post her face photo on here and lose her job?

same iv got a pay as you go phone for this and my other phone for the real life!

i have to say as a single, if i was playin with couples i would want to speak to the female half just to make sure it wasnt just some toerag gettin his cheap kicks and also, maybe its just me but i feel if im talkin to the person it shows if there is a kinda connection then decide if im takin it further xx

WTF if a guy answers there own phone people hang up.WHY in most households i know the guy answers the phone.as for dave n kaz you wont find a more genuine couple on fab. sorry but until our phone tells us its not some pervert phoning us i the male will continue to answer our phone. also short hates phones not cos she is shy she just does not like useing the phone but as soon as we know it is a couple she is happy to chat to the lady. lets face it you are phoning a COUPLE why is it so strange a man answers lol after all it is 50/50 odds lol

After all the advice given above then maybe the OP should explain to any prospective callers before hand that it will be the male half answering the phone and have the initial chat.

Jo used to be nervous at the phone call thing, especially if we hadnt chatted on MSN or in chat room first.

Or.... if shes nervous still, then both be on cam (in chat or on MSN) and arrange the phone call then...at least the caller can see the fem.

As others have said though, you have a personal choice to have the male answering the phone, so respect others choice to hang up if they think that your the non-genuine ones.

Some members, especially newbies are extremely nervous at making the initial contact, the idea of swinging appeals to them, but fantasising and reality are two very different issues, we know from our own personal experience the difficulty some members have at taking things to another level, we've had many contacts from couples eager for a 3sum MMM experience whilst the female watches, if the couple appeal to us, we try and pursue their fantasy, sometimes we're lucky, sometimes we're not, we give 99.9% of members the benefit of the doubt, we wouldn't refer to anyone as time-wasters, maybe, their just nervous.

I think it's more that the male half insists on being the first to speak to the other female rather than him being closest to the phone, I can understand that he is trying to assertain if the people he is speaking to are genuine or not....

But not so sure he sees that it it is exactly the same the other way around?

The obvious (so bloody obvious) is that the two females talk first.....or is that too simple?

well maybe we should have put down non verified couples and couples ads that have no pictures are the ones that we seem to have probs with lol anyway we block and dlete them now,there loss not ours.and yes we do go on cam together when kaz is here lol and had many a good night wink wink wink

I (dave) deal with all the arranging of meets with single guys.

We have several verifications now and are clearly a REAL cpl.

Jackie wants no part in arranging meets and chatting on phone with guys.

(there are reasons for this) mainly tossers!

Therefore I do all the arrangments and chatting.

The first time guys speak to Jackie is when we meet.

We have a take it or leave it attitude really.

However, if we are meeting a cpl, then we would be happy for the ladies to chat makes sense. And is only fair.

We wont ever give Jackies number out, as EVERY GUY who has had her number has tried to make private arrangments!

Thats the way it is....
