Quick check of the fridge & cupboards reveal :-

Bacon, Sausage, eggs, mushrooms, wholemeal & white bread, pain au chocolat, choc chip mini chinois, fresh fruit, natural yoghurt , selection of cereals.

I'm going for fruit & yoghurt, then boiled eggs & toast with a brew.

So what you having ?

I have everything apart from almond milk & flaxseed, I can only offer semi-skimmed or soya & pumpkin seeds

Yes raw, there were quite tasty as they were just about to turn brown.
