Well teenager to be exact.

Everything is so much bloody grief, even a simple request turns into a drama and it's never her fault.

Ahhhhhhhh

Oh I feel your pain. It will pass and you will end up with a lovely young woman who is your friend. Hang in there.

Female teenager!!

I'd stay well away from that can of worms.

I do not envy you one bit. It's bad enough looking after a load of 18 year olds!!! Who all know best and been doing the job for years!! Lol

It's at moments like this I take a huge sigh of relief and know I made the right decision, NOT to have the spawn of the devil

Or in truth I just don't like kids and never wanted them

I didn't have those problems with my teenagers. My kids were quite well behaved, for which I'm glad. I don't know if it was because of my ex or that I discussed everything with them from a young age. Was so long ago I can't remember. I feel very old!!

How long have you got? Lol. I could tell you tales to disprove that which would negate the need for curlers in your house ever again

In my experience they are just as bad as each other.

During puberty, all of the synapses in their brains get disconnected and reconnected, particularly the ones associated with emotions and making moral judgements. That's why they can call you a fat bitch in the same breath as asking you to sub them a tenner. all you can do is be a good role model for them and try not to lose your temper. Mum of three speaking from experience

Kicked my eldest out last year and told her to spend all the money she managed to invest on a place of her own whilst living rent free here for past 22 years lol

She phoned last week moaning about her £80 electric bill just after I opened mine at £700. I had to put the phone down. Lol

But we get on much better now she has gone and the move did her good.

It does not end because they move away, sad to say.I never asked my parents for anything but my kids...well, they have cost me dear over the years.

Going to get my own back. When I'm old, I am going to turn up on the doorstep penniless and insist they look after me. Heating on all night and day, long showers, special food because i will be very picky by then...taxis, alcohol...the list is getting longer

It's called karma.

Remember what you were like as a teenager?

Well now you know how your parents felt too!

You're not alone, I have 3 and they're all the same.
