Fuckers they are.

Not only do they not open til 7am (no good for us who start work at 7,30)

BUT

and this really gets me

BUT..............

They have an old biddies session.

Where only the oldies can go in - and its shut to the rest of us.

Thats the gym AND the pool.

Errrrr.

Whats that all about eh??

Surely the old biddies would only last a few minutes on the running machine, so the queues would be alot less if they let them in in normal opening hours.

Maybe the oldies smell more and need jars for their teeth??

Can just imagine the teeth rattling on the tread mill!!

oi, nothing wrong with the oldies lol. Also did you know you can become a member of saga at 50 and if your partner is 50 or over you can go on a saga holiday at 40. Not that id know lol

with people living longer the numbers off the older generation will only increaseon gyms, doctors are only putting more pressure on them to join gyms. also in alot of councill run gym's they get membership free, let alone having discount everywhere. Personaly i say good on them, it gives them something to do and keeps them not just physically younger but mentally however that is only the case with a small percent off them that actually use the gym. most the time they arnt doing things correctly sometimes due to being lazy using their age as an excuse or the fitness instructors not showing them how to do them correctly because they are old its ok because they wont realise and treat it liketeaching an old dog new trick's. but their are them silver haird legends! who are going for gold who look 10-20 years younger and i just gota think wow i want to be like that at your age. sorry for getting side tracked then ha ha but i do agree they shouldn't have their own section

Your superb mammarial orbage is known to be offputting for the staff, who need to be on a high state of alert for heart attackes during aforesaid "biddy session".

Gyms like the oldies! They don't wear out the equipment so much and but lots in the gym shop.
