training update

So I'm just over a week into it and have managed doing 8km in an hour on Monday and again tonight. Challenge now is building the stamina and being able to keep going for 2 hours within a couple of weeks. Doing a mixture of jogging and walking but feel like I'm making good progress. 32 days to the half marathon so still some way to go but getting there! Right, I think I need a beer
