Have a TV on the wall so you can watch yourselves fuck. Or if it's through a laptop, put the monitor on the wall so you can see your stream and all the comments.

Lego is a good choice.

However, it all depends what you are into. There are no end of BDSM toys, gadgets and kit you could install, but if you don't fancy being tied to a St Andrew's cross and flogged, it would be a waste. Also having a room for playing in could take out some of the spontaneity of fucking anywhere in your house. Mirrors, bed, sofa, sexswing, lego and more lego.

How about a grope box?

Easy enough to build and a great ice breaker, especially for those who are initially a bit shy.

Build it properly and you should be able to roll/ fold it up and take it to the many parties to which you'll be invited.
