personally i prefare the "older" women, when i say older i do mean around the ages of 40-50yrs, the young ones who are at a closer age to me are really quite boring, cant beat a clever sexy WOMEN but come on, a couple of yrs difference doesnt mean that you love older women!! like me saying i love younger women... not much difference in ages

Even Chess players where the mind is key peak at 40 yrs and go down hill from there. Unless you believe in one of the many religions all you have to look forward to is senility, old age and fragility. Self delusion is more common now organised religion is waning.

People are all different anyway and if you think when you reach 40 all you have to "look forward to is senility, old age and fragility" then the next 40 odd years are gonna be a real sad time!

The youngest ive played with in the last year or so has been 28, the oldest Jay being 67. It is all about mentality with me. I have lower age as being 35 on my profile as i thought it would stop all the really young ones messaging me but it hasnt, i get 19 year olds messaging me. Im not a teacher, i want someone who is confident and can hold there own. Confidence (in my experience) gets better the older we get. As to the person who said we go down hill when we reach 40, well me may not be quite as physically fit as a 20 year old (or in my case nowhere near) but we make up for it in confidence and knowledge.

Now i would sooner have a 50 year old who knows what hes doing than a 20 year old who hasnt a clue

Not sure i agree with that at all as ive a 59 yr old (now 60) thats got more stamina than the 35 yr and the 52 yr old ive met yet all smoke and drink, so i have to say there are exceptions to that rule. Footballers, i see your point there, in fact anyone doing sports will obviously slow down, as the continuous exercising wont help the body at all.

Not sure i understand what you are saying here? 90% of the comments are just for a laugh, only one person has posted a derogatory comment, each person has a right to their own opinion surely? And i dont see anyone that has made derogatory comments about the over 40's, or am i missing something here

"i cant believe how some people feel its ok to just blanket insult huge amounts of fellow swingers who are 40+ and members of fabs.

i always thought swingers were free thinking open minded people,but with this ageist bullshit looks like i was wrong ...some people clearly love to get in and create devision.

In the last 24 hours i have heard some of the most pointless fucked up thinking and slagging off of that group of people, as stated previously on this thread its often by people very close to 40

nahh i just dont see the point of causing nastiness tbh and any section who gets targetted for abuse i would be the same with ...re the mature woman thing hey let me tell you sometimes its the same with guys ,not as often ,but you cant write off a whole section of the community and get stuck into them cus of some fucked up predjudice you may have...its like these people never had parents or something or drink from the eternal well of youth .....lol

I am going to say this and I shall only say this once,lol :

Unfortunately, you cannot choose to stay young but you can choose who you want to spend time with, whether it is swinging or any other form of human contact/ friendship etc.

When I was in my 20ties I deemed people over 35 as "past it" which is the kind of statement only an immature person would make; when I was in my thirties I thought same of people in their mid forties.

I am not sure at what point in my life I will consider myself (not anybody else) too old for swinging but generally I cannot see why 40 plus seems to be a source of irritation to some people in an age group that will be there themselves in less than a decade? Age perception is "relative" anyway.

It seems a bit arbitrary to draw a line - any line really, and to pass judgment on who is too young or old for this scene and then making your own opinion on the subject sound as if it is a material fact supported by everybody else.

Swing/ play/ cycle/ walk/ chat whatever... with who you want to - but don't pass judgement on those you dont want to meet sounds to me like a logical way to be.

Now where is my bus pass and Zimmer frame as I am off to a get some oil for my stair lift, alongside some incontinence pads and pegs for my bingo wings...;-)

i didnt think i was passing judgement on those that i dont want to meet. I started this thread because i thought it was funny a guy saying he was looking for mature women yet only 5 yrs younger than me. Like ive said, its peoples choice, whats fanciable to one is not to another, simple fact
