What a fool.

He's already in prison serving a 30-month jail term after he pleaded guilty to indecently assaulting 13 different girls, one as young as nine, over a period of nearly 20 years!!

These are two historical charges after he went to prison.

Do your research before posting about a career being ruined.

He was found guilty of Indecent Assault! That in my book is guilty! Others have has "insufficient Evidence" which is not surprising after all this time, but it is not "not guilty".

I am surprised that some of the major bands haven't been hauled before the courts, or is that because they still think of those bands as heroes whereas the likes of Hall Harris, et al are looking very much the part of dirty old men..

It is kinda like the whole "What would you do if your 30 something neighbor said he was sleeping with a 14 year old boy?" Of course you would report him. Now transpose that to Michael Jackson who openly admitted to sleeping with a 14 year old boy and everything changes.. "Oh, but he's harmless, it's Michael Jackson"

No doubt there will be others, but I worry about the furore that has broken out because of Saville. Yes the likes of Hall need to be punished, but is there really any concrete evidence for the myriad of others under scrutiny right now.. Or as the Op posted "How many other celebs are going to their lives and careers ruined due to operation yew tree"

He's already in prison. Hence I think his career was already well and truly fucked.

Deserves what he gets (Hall) . Should've kept his hands to himself.

I felt sorry for him at first thinking everyone was jumping on the bandwagon, but he and others are beginning to be found guilty they deserve the full force of the law. He'll die in prison.

Pleading guilty at the first opportunity is guilty in my book.

I'm also confused that as he admitted that the sex topk place but claimed it was consensual how is he not guilty when the victims were under the age of consent?

Titz Towers, North Notts

I used to enjoy listening to his commentary on football matches. I used to like how he would throw in Shakespearean quotes.
