Pre storm headache Arghhhh

Always seem to get them, and dont know why..i do suffer with my sinuses....???

I get them before a thunderstorm.

It's mostly to do with a sudden drop in barametric pressure affecting the inner ear and sinuses.

Oh I suffer from this too. Often wonder why I'm in pain and then the heavens open.

A good, saline based nasal spray really helps. Once any blockage has been removed/flushed/blown away the pressure should equalize faster and stop the headaches.
