Gym buddy

Somewhere in North Norfolk

Excluding the obvious - join a gym and chat to other members or ask the trainers, does anyone have any suggestions how to find a gym/exercise buddy?

I'm not sure it would help me but it's something I am considering.

Make me one too please? Black, no sugar and strong enough to dissolve the spoon

Try joining a local running club, or tri club

Maybe weight watchers or somewhere were people are wanting to get fit and lose weight u may find a buddy.

Or

Do a few classes and see if anyone there you hit it off with who maybe want a gym partner.

Good luck and guessing you're going to get lot's of guy's offering their services

You can make good friends down the gym. When I started I had no one to go with but now I often go with the friends I've made down the gym I go to.

Thanks

I doubt I'll get many offers but just in case, any hot fitties wanting to help kickstart my fitness drive again are welcome to assist me with raising my heart rate

When I used to go - and I was serious about it at one point, not that you could tell now - I went, I trained, I showered, I went home. I didn't chat or make any friends. Once I get my arse there I am a bit single minded. That's part of the reason for asking for suggestions other than talking to people there.

That's how I am, though I will chat.

Perhaps you just need a virtual gym buddy.
