Started with patches but the blasted thing keep falling off at work so rather than throw the towel in I get an ecig thing yesterday but thats bloody awful to but at least I didn't buy a 20 deck

Bless ya , well done for not giving in though . The chewing gum makes me boak , ive tried every nicotine replacement known to man . Squirted sprays up my nose , down my throat , you name it. Its all minging but still doesn't smell as bad as the stale fag smell

I had surgery on my nose 18ish month ago after a quite serious accident so it really doesn't work that well but I got in my car yesterday an noticed for the 1st time ever it fecking stinks whitch reminds me I gota clean it out today its rank an I must have smelt the same gowd no wonder im single lmfao
