Apart from stu and his carrots..........

Anyone else on here into growing your own veggies etc. ?

Im really into it and today planted sweetcorn and squash...got loads of other stuff on the go too.

Very theraputic

Ohhhhhh i got me herbs too.

Basil , thyme, parsley, oregano ...etc.

And i got a big bush ..........................................................................of bay

I lov my green house, I grow tomatos, peppers and cucumber's in it..

Outside, just in a normal patio pot is my lettuce, the single leaf stuff, its so simple..

I tried potatos last yr not much success thou

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

Having lived all of my life so far in a house with 1/3rd of an acre of land, you don`t enjoy gardening, you SUFFER it! Since having my heart attack some 8 years ago now means I can`t do what I used to and it seems such a shame to see it so "unused". However, the cat loves her "adventure playground" and the wildlife does too so it`s not such a waste after all!

I do have a few onions growing at the moment, about all the weather allowed me to plant.

you dont grow in the garden - have to set up a very technical lab in your attic with bacofoil and fans
