I'm looking for some new socks.

Has anyone got any they can recommend?

Do they look/feel comfy?

Is is possible to stagger around a club in them?

There are other socks that have caught my eye.

Get bamboo socks - lovely to wear and keep your feet sweet too.

They are good, 'tis true. Apparently M&S do a gentleman's range. Ooh, socks! Just make sure you don't get so fixated on the sock you lose a shoe...

What are you going to be doing in the socks?

I prefer no socks myself. Just a pair of love honey 6 inch platforms.

Can't wear them for long tho they make my feet swell and you can see my hard skin and bunnions thru them.

So it's back to the trusty backups : then again, clopping round a club with lumpy ankles in a pair of Dr Scholls is never a good look.

Socks may be a better option

That'll teach you to copy my threads!

I've got a really nice silk pair to wear inside my thick walking socks.

Try Pink stores and Tabio. Paul Smith do colourful ones as well. Best of luck.

Better safe than sorry. Get the orthopedic ones with the velcro strap across the front. This will help minimise slipper related accidents, even death.

Nothing can save you if you are stupid and try to put your slippers on as you descend the stairs.

Im not really a connoisseur of the sock, I dont have a favourite brand that I buy so its whatevers a good buy in whatever store im in.

As for walking around a club in them then no. If you are in a club like chams where a towel for men is the main attire, then i wouldnt recommend it. Socks are as big a no no as bareback sex. Also those carpets will have the soles of the sock dirty in no time. You cant go into the jacuzzi areas as they'll get wet and you cant take them off in those areas as where would

you hang them? Out of the waistband of the towel would look weird and women will think you are using socks instead of condoms and that would chaff.

This is exactly why I had to change my old singles profile name from bus wanker to bussy.

I originally chose it as a homage to The Inbetweeners but then I started getting pm's asking if I sat in any particular seat, if I had a favourite route etc
