Has anyone ever used one of these?

They weigh a lot less than normal cases we have ever owned but im worried that they will rip or get damaged easily on a flight

Have read mixed reviews so curious if anyone on here has used them??

these the plastic moulded ones - they tend to crack but do stay intact - opposed to a zip busting on a fabric one and everything all over the place is a better option - but no never used one

I've got the aerolight ones and they are brilliant, no problems with tearing and it makes a huge difference when you've got to be careful about weight

Ive got a set, never had any problems with them, had them about 6 years now and all the zips still work and got no rips or holes

Seen a few banged up nicely, but that is due to falling off the vehicle as they get taken to the aircraft or to the arrival hall.

Just don't put a fragile sticker on it.

Having handled literally 100's of these carry ons, can say that The superlights make a huge difference in weight and either my people keep buying new ones or they are remarkably hard wearing... also remember you will be stashing it away yourself so there is less input from the airport baggage handlers.

Just my tuppence

Unless it is taken from you at the gate for either no room on the plane or you have too many bags.
