He's presumably referring to Shawn Michaels finishing manoeuvre, where you take a short hop forward and kick a person, martial arts style in the mouth.

Similar thing yesterday, walking through town with my daughter. We passed some youths with loud tinny music coming from one of their phones on loudspeaker, and my daughter informed me that is known as "sodcasting"
