That awkward moment when your meet turns up looking 20 years older and nothing like their pic. Especially after a cheeky text or two before we met, there is nothing more cringing. A strategy I quickly adapted (thinking on my feet) got onto the topic of one's we've met..showed her some pics then said I had to get back off to work..she leans in..awkward.. quick face cheek turn..5 mins later she text to say she's obvs not my time and take care...not so awkward after all. Phew!

No some I've dated..to try and say in s gentle subtle way "hey I'm sorry but you're not my type." It worked out for me and no one was offended

Thing is dude, is showing people who you think are better looking and letting them know you've shagged them or whatever the best way to reject them?

I understand it must have been disappointing if she/he didn't look like their pictures but it sounds a bit 'laddish'.

If it achieved the result you wanted and she was OK about, fair play I guess.

Yes, Fab is a laugh unless you have been hurt or your privacy compromised. But it doesn't matter, does it, as she's not on this site and those that think you are indiscreet are unlikely to meet you and see your picture collection?

As for the tittle tattle (or tickle tackle) you started the conversation.
