My ex went 16 weeks but shes back on em. Have you got one of those cyber cigs? Only you can kick the habbit buddy. Good luck to you and anyone that gives up the habbit

Another ex of mine read Alan Carr's book and she'd quote this quote....

I used his book, took a few goes, was a dedicated smoker too! People at work still say that if I can give up, anyone can!! Good luck

Keep going!!! In 19 days, I'll have been smoke free for 12 months. NEVER for a second thought I could do it.

Ok, I had an incentive with the IVF, then the pregnancy but baby's here now and I can't think of anything worse than smoking a cig right now.
