The way I look at it is never regret anything you have done! Just regret what you haven't...

I had a really bad accident 3 years ago and it gave me a completely different outlook on things! Live for the moment

It's important to take time to stop and smell the roses occasionally. Today's life is so hectic it's very important to enjoy the small things.

But agree regarding live life, it's a wonderful gift that we should not waste.

In fairness my best mate is in hospital after suffering a severe heart attack and there are further complications so life is just a little precious at the moment xx
