Sometimes. People think you can't save pics on it but if you have a Samsung galaxy you can swipe the screen and it takes the shot as a picture and also if you are quick you can screen shot it too. So be careful who you send pics to. They could save them.

Yes snapchat lets you know if someone screenshots your pictures you can tell whos picture collecting and whos not

(screen capture)the same technology has been around for capturing screens since I remember joining the internet in 2003!

You'd have to be pretty sad and pretty quick to get a picture of something that last 10s on another device. The ouc will have your finger in it for sure
