Best friends forever

The land of grey peas and bacon

There is a girl at work who will pretend to be everyone's best friend one minute and will ignore them the next....I basically ignore her but it does upset some....I find it odd how people can go from one friend to another and have no regard for the previous person....I do find humans odd on occasions

Users and out for there own gain.

I always treat how I'm treated.

Take it with a pinch of salt, if the person ever says anything, just say I take as I find.

But of course you have to work with each other may not be that easy.

Funny enough I've been upset by a friend outside of Fab and it's affected me more than I care to admit, even to myself. I wont go into details but you sometimes wonder why you bother putting yourself out for 'friends' time and time again when they can be extremely selfish and just take, take, take.

I decided last night to keep my distance. Friendship works both ways but it's very sad when this happens

That is so true I like to think I'm always there for my friends...I have very few friends due to moving around and I've not made that many friends here but the ones I do have I try and be there no matter what...it's a 2 way street

Best Friends ? Isn't that usually over by age nine ?

So she's gregarious ? Where's the harm. Except to those who feel let down if they can't own and control ?

That is so true I like to think I'm always there for my friends...I have very few friends due to moving around and I've not made that many friends here but the ones I do have I try and be there no matter what...it's a 2 way street "

I don't have very many really close friend but she was one of them. I've always been there for her but that's the kind of person I am. It takes a hell of a lot for me to drop a friend but there is a limit to my good nature.

This is why Dab is good fir me at the moment although it drives me insane at times too lol

I don't ignore her in an everyday sense I have to work with her but keep it on a purely professional basis...

There should totally be a site for promiscuous frienders! As they don't really mix well with 'vanilla' frienders

A site for like minded people who like to change friends regularly. They could organise meets to be friends for a day then never talk again. You could block previous friends you have had so you can focus on new friends only.

I have a best friend I've been friends with since we were toddlers. Grew up in the same street and our big sisters are friends too. We don't see each other often now but nothing changes and we can always be honest with each other. I have another friend I tell everything to and her me. It's nice having true friends,I feel pity for people who don't

I don't get the people who will chat away to you while you are picking up the kids from school then walk past you like they've never seen you before while in the frozen food isle in sainsbury. This has happened more than once so it's not a case of just not seeing you. I find it quite baffling.

I have not stated she is my BFF it's just the subject line....I have her company at work that's enough for me...it's the way she treats others.. Not me
