just been exhausted the past few days without reason. Had an hour sleep this morning, went to an appointment, grabbed lunch came back about 10 mins ago and can already feel myself getting tired again for sleep. Any ideas on how to boost energy?

This first. How much do you sleep at night?

Make sure you are getting at least 6 hours sleep at night. Try some exercise in the day to boost your metabolism.

If you are still feeling sleepy then get to the docs as it is sometimes a sign of an underlying problem.

get a solid 6-8 hours a night but still feel worn out during the day. Its proper annoying. Took my daughter to windsor and legoland for 3 days, got back and she went to her nan's for a sleepover and I slept for the whole day and night because I was so tired. But yet still had good night's sleeping whilst there.

Is it that you have started to do a lot more now the weather is better? Maybe your body isn't used to it?

Go to the doctor. With the best will in the world all we can come up with are suggestions you could have a virus, underactive thyroid, low iron or any one of a number of things but a gp is best placed to tell you what's wrong. Hope you feel better soon.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Try Floradix and get a thyroid function test as well as full blood tests at the doctors.

If you snore you may be waking yourself in the night and that will leave you tired too.
