"yes sleep,your body is telling you you need it" This first. How much do you sleep at night? Make sure you are getting at least 6 hours sleep at night. Try some exercise in the day to boost your metabolism. If you are still feeling sleepy then get to the docs as it is sometimes a sign of an underlying problem. | |||
