Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Mmmm got a jar of it to work through. Its seasonal fruits steeped in spirit, added to as and when fruits come into season.

Sorry it is a german idea, you take fresh fruits, add sugar and a lot of rum and soak.them for 6 weeks. They are good with ice cream, some use the rum in christmas cake.
