Try Perl Wen if you like Brie - its the Welsh equivalent.

"Wensleydale and cranberry "

This !

Closely followed by French Brie. Preferably with fresh crusty bread, red onion chutney, some olives & a glass of red wine (not at this time in the morning though).

There is a cornish brie from St Endellon. It kicks all French brie de meux in the arse. Gorgeous.

A nice farmhouse White Cheshire is always good for a buttie and apricot Wensleydale is a wonderfully light taste sensation for cheese and biscuits.

But if you want taste...

Shropshire blue! A king of cheeses and wonderful served any way!

Depends on use and mood but we love cheese!!!

Often plump for Lancashire, Cheshire or Wensleydale for their bite and crumbliness.

Adore the chalky crunchy mature cheddars like M&S Cornish Cruncher.

We often have at home Old Amsterdam, a mature Gouda which is exceptional.

Like the runny ones, Brie, Camembert etc.

Can't even deal with the smell of most blue veined cheeses let alone the taste.

What is it about Shropshire Blue? It is fucking fantastic and suffers from none of the faults that other blue cheese suffers from.

Its hard to explain...

I love cheese, I used to be a Mr Cheese! some cheeses are good to eat on their own, some with wine and pickled onions, others are perfect for one or another type of cooking. Shropshire Blue is in my opinion good for all! It has a sharpness and bite while still being smooth and creamy! Of course the rind is a total taste explosion!

Buy a little and try it! But be prepared to become a convert to a king amongst cheeses!

This is of course purely my opinion and taste.

Vieux Lille or "Maroilles-gris" is soaked in local beer while it ripens. It ends up with a soft grey almost slimy appearance and an extremely strong smell. Sometimes called"Vieux Puant", "old stinker" lol sounds like me

I can't believe Tim Jackson hasn't been in to give us the definitive cheese answer on this.

What that guy doesn't know about cheese Is. Well. Not a lot really. I go to him for all my cheese issues.
