Bbq pulled pork.

Pork joint goes in before you leave for work med setting but can be on high . X hours later 12 for me take two forks and enjoy shredding the pork add bbq sauce to taste... Serve in wraps, pitta or with salad... Bloody lovely.. Oh any leftovers are great the next day or so.

Need to get mine back off ma cousin, although to be fair she's a better cook and uses it more than I did

Epsom

Two Christmas's ago I had three on the go to make the family dinner. Beef, gamon and the bird in the biggest. I used the juices of each to make the gravy with a stock cube. The look of contentment on each person and the lack leftovers spoke for itself.

Repeating it this year

I slow cooked my leg of lamb the other day , bloody lovely !

Casseroles , chillies & even stick the jacket spuds in there to finish off.

Brown devilled chicken is lovely too.
