Gosh this is a difficult one. Of course the birth of my kids goes without saying. But two moments for me are

worst...son being diagnosed with cancer.

Best.....Being given all clear.

best - holding bith my twincesses in my arms for the first time

worst- having to give birth to the first child i concieved still born at 31 weeks, after being referred to the hospital by my midwife for an emergency scan as id not felt movements and she couldnt find an heartbeat. I've never felt pain like it and hope i never will again

Well two good ill never forget 1 our kids being born. 2 our wedding day 16 years ago!

Bad......seeing our son sitting on the outside window ledge 2 stories up and trying to get upstairs without scaring him!.....felt like every step took an hour!

The best: an absolutely sublimely beautiful day on the beach at Moraki in New Zealand marvelling at the boulders and remembering the birth and death of my son.

The worst: fighting the urge to end it all two years ago.
