ARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!

Just tried to call Talktalk and all I want to do is pay up and cancel my mobile contract.

10 mins later, they are still asking about my landline and internet... which I cancelled 8 months ago... I hung up in disgust

OK finally cancelled my mobile with them.... YAY!!!!

OK, 3 departments and it anded up with me ranting at the end about their customer service, but hopefully, I'll never have to call them again.

And what about the keypad driven menus, doesnt it piss you off after press 1 for this department press 2 for this department and then after 20 mins and 20 different selections you get the sorry you have to email us with that querie goodbye! aaaarrggghhhh

There's a website that gives you the numbers to press. It's called "Please Press 1".... google it :p
