I'm not long in so I've lit the fire, poured a bottle of Innis & Gunn beer and stretched out on the sofa with my dogs .... bliss.

running is good way but do pyhs at work so unwind at home

Been wet and foggy for a couple of days here now, drove to my daughter's last night and was the same in Edinburgh. Typical Scottish summer .... sunshine brings haar here at the coast.

Point Nemo, Cumbria

Just got in from a very hard day's work and I'm aching from head to toe, that good muscle ache I get from a productive day, so I'm off to soak in a deep hot bath.

If my mind wanders and my hands stray then all to the good - there's been no shortage of nice thoughts of late... and if they come to mind it would be a shame to waste them.
