Also make sure you treat yourself often as it will be money you have saved. I didnt treat myself today but treated my car and also bought a carseat for my baby grandson. It made me feel good.

im fine at work although I can nip out to smoke when I want. Its being at home lol. Ive now promised myself a lot of new things and want to help pay for my daughter and family to go to Jamaica so om focusing on that.

Good work, I'm off them just over 3 years now, I used the money I'd of spent on cigarette's to pay off the finance on my car. Could never have afford it without that money was a great incentive to stay off them.

I too fell off the wagon recently, I'm now vaping (my predictive text offered gaping as an alternative...apt for tarty swingers eh?) and I'm quite happy with a few puffs on that in the evening after work...I've got raspberry, strawberry and melon as well as a tobacco flavoured one...last cig I had was one I bummed off Diamonds in the smoking shelter at the Spa last week
