Ship wrecked

Ok so we are all on a lovely cruise when the boat we are on becomes ship wrecked....

There's not much room in the life boats and you can either save or leave the person above...

Also your only allowed to take 1 item on to the life boat with you...

So save or leave??

And what's your item going to be?
