Never go back into a burning building,that's what the fire service are for.they have enough trouble retrieving those left inside without the added danger of looking for those stupid enough to go back in.fire kills,visibility through smoke is almost zero,it's not like the movies.

It just devalues them as a person above another and it devalues human life.
