I can just about stomach liver now after it was trashed by school dinners but has to be the best quality, cooked in its own juices just past the rare stage, any more than that and its starts to crumble, it goes to the cats

Possibly. Well, almost certainly, as I feel that unacceptable slaughter and food hygene practices are being imported into this country. But at least we have laws about how animals should be slaughtered.

But all KFC chicken is halal, which is one reason I wont eat there. The other is as a truck driver I have delivered to these places, and the staff have never even HEARD of salmonella, let alone spell it!
