Great Wyrley

Both me and princess like it the same.

Porridge oats with semi skimmed milk and a good squirt of runny hunny and add a few dried fruits (raisins etc).

Whack in microwace until a nice consistency not too runny not too thick.

sit down together and talk about the plans for the day

Measure of oats, 1.5 times measure of milk. Microwave for 2 minutes then add sugar or honey to taste

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I don't bother with pre-flavoured porridge as it can be up to 25% sugar. Usually Mornflake plain made with skimmed milk and with a banana or some blueberries on.

a microwace is similar to a microwave. It is a newly invented microwaving product invented by my predictive text.

I shall leave my phone on the windowsill not to contact dragons den all of its own accord.................

The myth that saturated fat raises cholesterol has been blown out the water.

Check out a movie called 'fat head' as a place to start.

I like Jamaican cornmeal porridge, as opposed to oats porridge.

With brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla.

I make it but have recently seen that there are some ready made packets available and think it's a sacrilege, LOL!

Really easy to make or visit your local Jamaican/Caribbean takeaway and they'll probably have some

near Glasgow

Cupful of Scotts Porage Oats, cupful of milk, liberal amount of squeezy honey, 2 minutes, or so, in the microwave.

Each morning of the working week.
